Some Sunny Night was performed at the Paralympics in Beijing by China
Disabled Peoples's Performing Art Troupe "My Dream" and Thomas
Stanghelle. This Olympic version of Thomas Stanghelle's opera-musical

The theme song for the TV-series about handicapped Mark Wang from China. Mark Wang also presented the story of his life, barely surviving a plane-crash, and now completing marathons! The new and extended version of Thomas Stanghelle's opera-musical "Some Sunny Night"© had its World-premiere in Beijing, in
"The Great Hall of the People" (The Congress Hall) October 16th. this year."Some Sunny Night"© was performed by 30 singers, guest artists and musicians from Norway along with orchestra and choir of The National Opera of China and Chinese guest-artists. In addition to the audience and special invited guests who can see the performance live, millions of TV-viewers will follow the CCTV-coverage of "Some Sunny Night"©. After the successful performance at Sunnaas Rehabilitation Hospital's 50-years anniversary, Thomas Stanghelle was invited to write a new and extended version of the opera-musical as a part of Mark Wang's nationwide campaign for handicapped people in China. 
The arrangement in The Great Hall of the People was presented by All-China Women's Federation in co-operation with UNESCO. "Some Sunny Night"© was also performed at Ningxia Congress Hall October 18th. in Mark Wang's hometown Yinchuan. Norwegian media cover this event before October 16th.:
Thomas Stanghelle was in China from September 16th. until September 30th. to make preparations for the world premiere of the opera-musical "Some Sunny Night"©.
